I was an intermittent smoker in the late 80s early 90s, I gave up when I fell pregnant with my first of 4 beautiful babies. Now in my 50s I have been introduced vapes I have always missed smoking so thinking vaping is a great answer. But I had to hide it from my husband and family feeling so ashamed. The answer is I should quit. I didn’t realise how hard it would be.

Vaping is just like smoking. Just a different way of administering nicotine and becoming a psychological ingrained part of our lives.

We still don't know what the long term effects of vaping are. Certainly not doing us any good, but we knew all along that smoking would do us no good, even if we chose to belief that it would do no harm.

Like smoking, vaping is a habit, the nicotine an addiction, and we are stronger than both. We can change our minds when we want to, when we are open to the truth or new ideas.

No one who quits smoking regrets it.

No non-smoker wishes to smoke
