Keep trying

Don't give up just keep going I've been trying the last 2 weeks. I had a few good days so one step forward and two steps back. I gave up for 7 years and back smoking the last 5 years. I emphasise early stages

Trying is practice and practice makes perfect they say. So you are not going 2 steps backwards. You are in a different time now and your reasons for quitting may have changed. You obviously missed smoking to some degree or you would not have started again.
Learn about yourself. Why do you WANT to be smoke free and what makes you light up after these false starts?
I encourage you to read and find the motivation and desire to quit smoking Permanently. You can do this. We were all where you are. Believe and you can!

Welcome Koda&Keisha. You have come to the right site. If you read and read you might get the inspiration to try harder. Yes, I am saying, "Try Harder". Get a plan together that is specialized just for you. Everyone is different but I am sure all of us had some kind of a "plan". Find your plan.
Maybe list all the reasons you want to quit. Maybe get a list of things to occupy yourself while you are in the early stages. Keep reading from this forum and I suggest using the search tool for specific concerns. You might stumble upon the perfect "plan" for you. All the best and don't give up on giving up!!!
