I've just quit after 38 years of smoking and have long views the filthy, expensive habit as a friend and stress reliever. I now know it's my worst enemy. Day two and I am using Champix and drinking lots of green tea and just eating what I want...but not too much. Today it was salty chips. Any advice for long term success? Thanks Tracey

It's day 3 and also finding the QSN products are working well. I am finding it's just mainly the habit now as Champix really do help a lot. I am trying to find a new normal so changing what I drink, my work encvironment, starting to exercise and deep breathing. I want to beat it finally this time!!!!!!
