Stepping back in

Hi everyone. I have been back out there smoking since around October last year. I can't remember how long I was smoke free but I sure remember how good it felt when I was a nonsmoker and how supportive this platform was. Tomorrow will be day one for me. Just want to send a post to count myself in.🙏🧘

Hi jess great to hear from you and see your post. Was wondering how you where doing.
Welcome back and best of luck for tomorrow.
I'm sure you no by now what to expect but push through.
You will get there

Welcome back Jess, I am glad you are trying again in your own time. We all have setbacks at some stage in our quit. I am no exception, this forum is a plus for me, this time around, and I am glad to say I am still a Happy Non Smoker.
This time practice NOPE (not one puff ever) every day, mentally written or spoken. This actually gets into your mind that forever....is one day at a time always......I am sure you have plenty of strategies up your sleeve, but you still need to be happy and glad that you are getting rid of that soul destroying Nicotine drug. Keep smiling and stay strong.

Hi Jessfreeof
A slip is bad but coming back to do it again is fabulous! I just wish that you had kept in contact and reaffirmed your commitment to us and yourself from time to time. I think that it may have made a difference. We need to be thankful and grateful every day for our freedom. You know how good it was to feel free and the pride you had in doing so. Not to worry, you can do it again and learn how to stay quit permanently. Welcome back!
