Thanks for Giving....Salute to Allan Carr

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I found an old story with a link to a pdf file that I think would help many. The author takes key points from Allan Carr's book and makes note of them so you don't have to read the entire book. (although I recommend that you do!) Why suffer when you should be rejoicing the fact that you are beating the addiction to nicotine and hence the harmful effects of smoking

I found it somewhat amusing that today on signing in I was asked for the first time if I was a robot. Coincidence? My last comment was to someone who believed in Allan Carr's Easyway with a disclaimer that he had anything to do with it. I merely said that I endorsed the book 100%.
