Welcome be better, and you will feel oh so much better, when you tally up the number of days you are smoke free and the money you will have saved. The most important thing for you to try to remember is that we are all here to support you on your special journey.

Try to work on your mental aspect of quitting as you go along. Read as many stories as you can on this site, and research Alan Carr's book which is free online. Look at the Video "How to grow to be a happy Smoker" by NASIA DAVOS which is online too. Both will help to train your mind and feel happy you have chosen this path, Others will help you on your way, so keep in touch and Congratulations.

Today is going to be my last day. So far I have only had two today. I have washed all my bedding and will shower and wash my hair before jumping into my clean sheets. Hopefully having a smoke free bed will keep encouraging me to quit. Wish me luck.

Remember that this quit is not the others....each time you learn something whether it is about the addiction and hence power that nicotine holds, or what triggers you have difficulty overcoming. Learning about ourselves and nicotine is a part of the process as well as getting over the nicotine withdrawals. Seeing others do it, taking bits and pieces and making something that works for you will enable you to complete this successfully. Knowing you are not alone helps too. We hope we can inspire you!
