Day 1,2 and 3 were fails

So 25th was my original quit date but at 1pm I caved and decided just 1 that led to 3 and so on for the next 2 days
But today Iβm so proud to say not a single one π even with the temptation of hubby still smoking π€πΌπ€πΌ

Totally awesome Nicki well done to you and a huge welcome to this amazing community.

Hi nicki. Well done on not giving into temptation I no how hard that is as I did give into it over 2 weeks ago and had a smoke
But I did take back control dusted that smoke off and carried on a non smoker. Will be 4 months in a week that I quit.
You are at the right place for support and encourgement as the people here are wonderful and great support as we are all in the same boat of quitting or are already quit but still check in on us newbys
Keep up the good work. πͺπͺ

Hi Nicki. The sooner you stop, the sooner you can count the days quit and count the $'s saved and enjoy the benefits of not smoking. Good luck.

Well done Nicki for going the day without lighting up,if you can do one day you can crack it,take one day at a time, when your feeling weak, say to yourself NOPE...not one puff ever, youβve got this girlπππͺ

Remember that you are not missing anything. The nicoman is missing his dinner! You are Winning. You can take back control.

Thank you all for the lovely words of encouragement and the genuine support! Day 2 going strong πͺπ» ππ
