Hi all I’ve not had a cigarette for a week now,I live in the UK, I’ve never tried to stop before,I’m going cold turkey,I smoked roll ups with no filters for 35 years,it’s very tough at the minute,I’m single so it’s ok to be grumpy with myself lol,on a possitive note I’ve noticed my breathing is better already,I went on a 20 mile hike yesterday and really felt an improvement in my breathing controll,I’m eating more food but I don’t care about that because luckily I have always eaten well and never put on the pounds but I walk and cycle for enjoyment,I hope things start getting easier soon it’s torture,but I’m never going back,never!

Great attitude. You should have no problem and you already know it is one of the best decisions that you will ever make.

Things get easier. Stick with it and win!

All positive signs to move forward now New Chapter, keep on going and remember to say NOPE (not one puff ever) every day it worked for me and I still practice this saying either out loud or silently.
