Hello and thank you for reading this post.

I am on day one. Freezing cold turkey right here.

Its the only way for me -- albeit violent and merciless. Black and White.

Here I go.

I am taking a lot of tools with me. You all (hi nice to meet you 30+ yrs of nicotine addiction).

I have exercise, a lot every day including cardio, yoga and stretch therapy. I have mediation, hydration, vitamin supplementation, meaningful work, loving family. good health. Good diet. Good weight atm. Decent mental health. Access to a bathtub for detox sessions. A dog.

Please tell me what excuse I could possibly have for carrying with my self-harm and effective suicide by cigarette? I hate myself so much for it, my family is distraught, I have to get out of my own way and bite the bullet and bear down and not give in.

Wish me luck?

Sending light to you, internet strangers.

YOU CAN DO IT SISTER

I LOVE YOU X O X O

schedule 21 Jul 2020

We have done it and you can too. It can even be easy. There are no good excuses to smoke, only cop outs, and once you read books like Allen Carr's which I still have links to (click on Happiness and find my story) and is free, so no excuse as to value, videos like Nadia Davos and an understanding as to why we smoke rather than why we should quit. Once you have a change of mind and heart to your smoking (some feel they are losing their best friend) you can take huge strides in accomplishing this goal. We do not crave what we do not want. We will not want something once we understand the lies we have swallowed. Knowledge is power!
