Hi All,

First time posting, but I am really excited that I have made the two week mark and have not touched 1 smoke. This time around, I am finding myself a lot stronger and ignoring cravings. I think my mindset is different this time around :)

I am also amazed at how much more time I have!

Congratulations to your wonderful milestone of two weeks. Quitting can be much easier with some understanding and a real desire to be free. Smoking did take up a lot of our time. I am glad that your are glad to have that time back while other find it leave a big void. Filling that gap with a good habit will help alieve any cravings. Deep breaths, exercise, a phone call or quick game with distract the mind. After all a craving is really just a thought. Let it go rather than dwelling on it gives it less power. Thinking positive is monumental.
