I went 20 days without a smoke and slipped up on the weekend

Tomorrow I start my quit plan

I know I can beat this crappy addiction and everyone's stories are encouraging this time I'll have it beat

Not the end of the world. Good on you for getting back on the horse straight away, not leaving for a year or two, like I have on previous failed attempts.

why not today? you slip and regain balance and move on. so glad you want to quit smoking and not lost that determination. yes. you will try again and not repeat the mistake.
