Hi all, well today is day nine and after day 2 I thought this is going ok, Im using patches but as each day goes by I am finding it harder not easier, is it just me or is that normal. I am still trying to stay strong but sometimes my brain tells me it's all too hard. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated 😁

Thanks Robyn, Yes one day at a time is great advice, I know I can do it. I actually had given up for three years many years back but circumstances dragged me down and I started again, I will stay positive and try to persevere. Thanks

Hello Phaidon,

Maybe this can help you with some added positivity : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrY_b_teSX8

It has done wonders for me. Just browse through his videos. The man does it for free. Hope this helps. Have you tried investing some of your energy in some light sports so that your mind is busy with something positive?

Remain positive and continue to desire this opportunity more than you want to smoke. Have you read Allan Carrs book or read the amazing morphjng of Pisces24 ?

I'm using patches as well. found that the 1st couple of weeks was easier to also carry the pills. I'd only take one when the cravings got bad. after that first couple of weeks I didn't need them anymore, until I went to step two with the patch for the first week. I will do the same when I go to step 3. and probably carry them when I'm done with the patch, just in case. I'll never light up again! just be careful that you don't take to many with the patch on, at the most I only took maybe 3 or 4 a day.

hope this helps.
