Ironic?

It's funny that my reminder email from you guys can just as I'm smoking my possibly last ciggy (I hope).
I dropped my pack this morning in the rain so have 3 wet ones I will save for moments of terrible stress.
I also may have done a bad job in cutting down and still had smoked 25 yesterday!!! It was a bad day.
But we shall see what today brings.
I've got a list that covers as many pages as Rachel's letter FRONT AND BACK of things to keep myself busy with.
I'm gonna go for a walk (probably in the glorious rain) if it gets overwhelming. I'm I've warned my staff that its q day
I wish them all the best as I do this again
(Had written try changed it to more positive self talk of do)
This is probably jibber jabbar to anyone else reading but who knows blogging for myself may help me to do it right this time!

hi. you are going through the motions but you need to want to quit. read allen carr and realize what the truth is. it will help you to not want to be a smoker.Embrace the journey.......and be free! you can do thjs. it is harder to hunt and peck but i am grateful to be a happy non-smoker.

Keep up your self talk and notes, more importantly put a quit day down on that list you are writing, and do it. Read more literature every day, read previous posts every day, stay close to the forum every day. This is your job now, this is your main priority. If you don't look after yourself even if you are stressed then you will not be able to continue with your work load your own health is important NOPE (Not one puff ever)

learn to want to and that makes it easier than you thought possible. stay positive.
