The beginning

I have only been cigarette free for six days I am going cold turkey it hasn't been too bad I have moments of course but I think of the money that's my motivation to me I think you have to change habits for example I don't have coffee in the morning any more I know I have a long way to go but I'm very determined

You seem to have made up your mind, and believe me , that is half the battle. Once you accept and embrace the journey you can breeze through it. I had no cravings. I am not special. My hubby smoked next to me my first two weeks before he quit after reading Allen Carr. He did it just as easily as I did. The only secret is not a secret but what Red and others say....it is as easy as you make it. See nicotine for what it really is and let the past go. Embrace the future and all the wonders you will experience once quit. I have never heard of anyone who regretted quitting smoking, have you?

Hi Justin time. You are six days past that first moment. Just keep going and enjoy the ride. Forget about rewarding yourself with you know what cos that will only land you back where you were. Make yourself a promise not to ever go back to the day before you quit.
