Quitting

Will be quit for 9days at 9pm tonight. Cold turkey and strong will power ,even though my partner smokes I haven't had the urge.
I really thought I would want a smoke with my beers but I haven't, I think because I'm so determined and I'm ready in my mind

The mind is a powerful thing Moomoo9. Once you set your heart on something, rather than fear it, Your mind will accept that also and show you the way.
I feared having to take over a car lease that i had co-signed on, hating the fact i do it or lose substantially. Once accepting, coming to terms and looking at it in the positive light, things look brighter and i am looking forward to it as a good thing. My old car owed me nothing, and would start to cost more in repairs. A new car offered many more years of care-free driving.
Instead of looking at quitting smoking as "giving up" something, realize all that you will "gain". This attitude and acceptance goes a long way in making the journey not only achievable but sustainable and much easier overall.
Congrats on your decision to better your life Moomoo9. Embrace and be happy. You can do it!

Thank you and funny you say that about a car just got rid of old one and got a new one for those reasons

so hows your day 11 going, not sure if that right or not, I'm in America. Keep up the quit, your new car will smell much better, not to mention the glass will not need cleaning nearly as much !
