Hello,

Congratulations to all!

On my day one, I lied to myself and convinced my brain that I am already on week one and it would be a shame to put all this non-smoking time to waste. I guess it helped as I am on day 4 now, sorry day 11 haha

Giving up a streak of being quit has always been a great motivator for me to stay quit..

Love it! Great strategy and motivation. I am happy it worked for you. Thinking positive goes a long way in this mission . Revenge on the nicodemon for being sneaky and addicting us in the first place... great payback!
