Today I am reminded of many reasons of my decision to stop smoking! It been 50 days of freedom of pollution to my body, but also 50 days of convincing myself I know longer need that in my life. My thanks to those folks here, across the globe whom have written stories for me to learn and reflect on. Your words have reminding me why I should stay nicotine free, and what good it will do for me. So now I have decided for you to see me, happy with my results.

To those whom are having struggles with quitting, keep tough, its one of the best choices you can make. Here is a link

for those interested in more information too, I was shocked by some of the things I have read !

Blessing to all, Geo.

Thanks for sharing this "hidden" jewel. Worth the read and learning about the addiction and its effects. Any tool at hand is well worth using on our journey.

It is indeed about good choices Geo and great job on your journey to freedom. All the best to you and others.
