Hi all

Just wanted to share my journey so far. I am 26 days quit free. Feeling so determined this time after several Quit attempts in the past. Just taking one day at a time. Using patches and gum for cravings. Also reading other people's Stories are helping me immensely 😊 Keep up the good work everyone! We can do this!!

It is good to read and learn about where you have been and where you are heading. Everyones journey is different, but we are all bonded by this experience.

This community is a wonderful tool, and we hope to hear more from you Jeanie. Why is this quit different if i may ask?

I love to see all the people coming out of hiding in the past few days. I hope that there are still others to make an appearance. Letting us, friends and family know that you have quit smoking helps to maintain your determination to succeed. You have a right to be proud that you have come this far, and they are all proud of you too!

For those that may have found that they weren't prepared, please read my post "If you've Given Up, Given Up. Try This! and give it some thought. I hope that everyone can find their way to freedom and happiness.

Great job Jeanie!

Love it Jeanie 26 days strong girl, you can do 26 more....... One day at a time is the best mindset, you've got this!!!!! Good on you love for having the courage to never giving up the giving up. You can and will free yourself from this addiction because your desire to quit is stronger than your desire to smoke👍
