I want a better life
I have, and am working on, a plan this time round. This will be about my 15th attempt. I'm going to use as many resources available hat I can access. I don't want to keep making excuses to stay addicted. I want to have more reasons to live, and live a better more fulfilling life of fitness and exercise. I want to feel strong in my life, not weakened by addiction.

That is the kind of attitude that will take you far on this journey and any challenge in life. Keep up the great positive vibes Merry. Your body is an amazing thing, give it a chance to show you just how so.
If people were to look at cravings as a sign of healing, which it is, and understood the adjustment their bodies have to make to adjust to this sudden change, maybe they could start to embrace the journey rather than fear it.
Every with a cigarette is another day your body has had to heal. Another day closer to exterminating the nicotine monster. Another day closer to personal freedom.
Being forearmed with your plan, weapons and powerful motivation enable you to look forward to a successful transformation. Mindset is key.

of course i meant to say "Every day without a cigarette is a day your body has had to heal"
