Champix
I have used Champix before this was 5 years ago, This was the best product for me to use I am now on day 4 of the lower dose but I am not sure about the night dose. I don't think I used the night dose before but managed to stop for quite a long time. Has anyone got any ideas about the night dose of Champix on the 0.5 mg and the 1.0 mg
You need to take Champix as directed I’ve been on it day and night and I. On week five don’t skip doses and take the full treatment
Hi softly 40, you must be up to the double dose by now, how is it going. I am on day 24. Getting used to taking tabs. I actually have a total of 4 months worth on prescription. I will definitely be taking at least 3 months and most likely 4 at recommended dose. To be sure to be sure, I don’t want to go through this again. Good luck to you
Thanks for all your replies, I was going to take a night dose on the 0.5mg but unfortunately had a dental emergency (broken eye tooth) I wasn't sure If I had bad nightmares, and consequently wouldn't have had a good night sleep during this emergency, so I left them off. Now I am on double strength and decided to take it early in the evening not the last thing before going to bed. This seems to be going OK. I have to report to my GP in a few weeks and she will give me another batch then. In the meantime have been thinking about the long term effects of smoking and hopeful with everyone's support that it might be the last time. Do I need to count the days, what works best for everyone to keep you on track. Thanks again
