hard boiled sweets were great on my first evening. I got balance rhodiola complex multi vitamins and this is helping with my nervous energy. Also the support from best friend who gave up cigarettes has really helped me.

Thanks Happiness, i think i made the right decision too. This week was a big test because i had a lot of free time that i don't usually have. It hasn't been easy but i am really trying to gut it out.

One day at a time Stewie3.16. I remember getting through the first 2 days and feeling such a feeling of accomplishment and pride, knowing that if i could do it this long, just one more day may bring me out the other side. Once the first stage nicotine withdrawals are over doing cold turkey, the physiological part will be easier.

The little voice is merely crying now. At this point , you are getting stronger and it is getting weaker, losing its hold and power over you. When you get the urge, think Victory is near! Freedom is within my grasp.

It really is a battle to the death. You can kill it or it can kill you. We don't like to think that way, but sometimes it is in our best interest. Give it a name, psycho monster, whatever, It is not your voice you hear anymore, psycho monster took it over . It should make it easier to be fighting the enemy and not yourself. Don't ever accept any peace offering from him. NOPE

You are Winning. Keep up your Defenses and the enemy will tire and retreat.

You came here to fight the good battle, you are doing great! You can and will come out victorious!
