So hard to get past 3 days

I have tried 7 times to quit and find it so hard to get past 3 days smoke free. Any help is appreciated

Hi mc1963. You have not provided an abundance of information here....... Have you read about the mindset here that we advocate. Have you learned about nicotine and you. Do you know the 4 D's? Are you on Day 3? What method are you using?

If you are day 3/cold turkey use the 4 d's, and remember that the nicotine withdrawals peak soon. Drink lots of water, cut your caffeine intake by half and eat breakfasts and good wholesome food. These measure help get the toxins and nicotine out of your system while reducing the symptoms that some associate with withdrawal.

You might want to read up about the mindset and how accepting becoming a non-smoker makes the journey easier. Sounds silly as you are here to quit smoking, yet many can't bare the thought of never having another cigarette. This war within yourself with keep the cravings alive. Learning what nicotine has actually done to you, how it holds you its prisoner and changing your perception of it helps you to break free.

Knowledge is power. Desire is Key. The right mindset will set you free.
