Just Started!

Just started quitting smoking a week ago, on the Champix. My body is in detox mode, chesty cough, sweating, and quite tired all the time atm. I'm drinking heaps of water which I hardly ever did. One thing that irritates me is the constant eating, but happy that it's the fruit I'm snacking on. Waiting to get through the first month and hoping the sweating subsides and more energy levels, which will lead me on to getting active.

Keep it up!!! I quit last week too. I’ve been cutting celery/carrots up into smoko sized strips & mindlessly grazing on them all day at the office! Haha.

Keep it up miss v ! Each day does such good things for your body without one. Ive been drinking so much water too but it feels refreshing and fruit helps a lot too. Just remember how good this will be in the long run !

Miss V every time i have craving i go outside for a walk or clean something in my house. I am on day 4 so no expert but once you can stop coughing so much you may have more energy for things enjoy.
