QSN

I haven't tried the program, however I am sceptical about the results. These tablets haven't been tested by any reputable body to my knowledge. I have read some positive reviews and some that claim this is just a scam. Hope this works for you, would be interested in how you go. Hope you succeed with this program. If not you can always go and try one of the better researched NRT aids.

I tried champix and they made me sick. No use trying when you feel crook from then. I'm on day 24. Using patches and they work well for me. Just a matter of strength. I guess we all have our own way of doing this and it is no cake walk. Hope you go all the way 🙂

I have been following your story Lori and am so proud of you. I had to look up QSN but i imagine it is somewhat like CBQ but i dont think you took pills with CBQ. It is a method that i believe would work. I googled CBQ, watched a video, signed up for a webinar and they still kept sending me more video after i refused to buy their course. Yesterday i got yet another webinar invite , which i will do just because knowledge is power. This is free info and worth a look at for others deciding to quit or already in their quits. They is giving away more information on this one coming up, so you bet i will be there. I love free, free, free,....... and i am free!
Like John, i would be leary about the pills, not about working, but about what is in them. You say natural, it must give ingredients on the bottle? Ginger is natural and curbs cravings and aids in weight loss as well. That is what i attribute my easy quit to in conjunction with the mindset.
