1 month up
Well it has been 1 month tomorrow. It has gone pretty fast. Been tough at times but now is the time to hang tough. Still a long way to go. The crosses on the calendar look great
Hi GM you are doing great, 1 month is a fantastic milestone, you must keep your guard up at all times. High 5 to you mate you are doing a great job at freeing yourself from the slavery. Don't forget to give yourself small rewards along the way, cos after all we were all blowing money into the wind before😊

Hi loriwillquit. I have done it with patches. But was in the right head space. Still on the patches and expect I will be well into next year. Good luck you can do it
