Week 1 done

Well it has been a week without a smoke. I feel ok !!! Not great yet but ok. After day 3 I felt a lot better. The crosses lined up on the calander for each non smoking day look great. I am commited to go the journey because I know 1 smoke and I will be back on them.

That is so good. Well done. I also used a counter for the days I am smoke free. Wait til you get to a few weeks and then month etc. Reward yourself for each week you are off them and then a bigger reward for a month. You can do this. Well you have done it. Just keep going.
