Smoked for 20 years, going cold turkey.

schedule 12 Sep 2018

This is my first time attempting to quit in 20 years. I was previously a 2 pack a day smoker until my first child was born 8 years ago, I then smoked a Pouch or 2 a week. I stopped in the middle of the day, gave my 3/4 full pouch to my next door neighbour and began my journey to dropping this filthy and expensive habit. I know it’s very early, but I believe that I can do this and that’s all you really need I feel. Have faith in yourself and want to do it. I’ll post every week or so for my sanity and also any experiences I have come across.

Good luck, you can do this. I've been quit cold turkey for 25 days. It's been a journey with highs and lows but slowly it's getting easier. One of the best decisiosn I've ever made. This is a supportive community so keep us posted :)
