I have been here before but failed to quit. My lungs are bad, but i keep on smoking. I’m really stupid. I’m going to try again on Wednesday when igo visit my grandkids for a couple of days. I hope that will give me a good start. Maybe my lungs can recover a bit

Have you tried different support methods when you've tried to quit? I've had many years of trying with patches with no success, and have recently started on Champix and managed 9 days smoke free so far. Maybe it's just a case of needing to change it up a bit?
