Yesterday made 2 weeks and I must say this time around seems a bit easier than my last several attempts through the years. Although, yesterday was a bad day for me. I wanted a smoke soooo bad! But I did everything in my power to ignore it and keep myself busy. I did laundry, took my time folding the clothes, drank lots of water, talked to my spouse about my craving and he continued to say "You can do this, how about you chew some gum". It worked and I made it through another day. So there will be good and bad days as far as the craving but I know as long as I stay smoke free, I will have better days going forward. I already feel better and more energized. I been working out since the day I quit and boy do I feel good! I can't wait until the results start to show. Just more motivation!

Im happy for you, keep it this way!
Im going through the same experience, my advice to u is to start juicing!

Thank you for the advice and feedback. I am currently using nicotine patches. I started with step 2 hoping that I'd be able to give that up sooner than later as well and it won't be as difficult being that step 1 has a lot more nicotine. Today is feeog a bit rough as well... stress doesn't help any!!!

Stay strong ! I am day 77 ! The more you stay the easier it is , drink water ! Read how bad smoking is to your health ! It’s a must read “the easy way to stop smoking “ it will teach you that smoking is just an addiction and you have to get over it and trust me instead of envying those who smokes you will feel pity for them
Stay strong plzzz 💪🏼💪🏼

I'm still going strong! Some days are harder than others but I refuse to cave! I am no longer a smoker. I don't need it or want it! I'm really enjoying the extra funds in my pocket as well. :) Thanks to all! And best of luck!
