I need help to get started
Hi I haven’t started the quit program as yet I keep forgetting to put the patch on when I wake up in the morning as I am a busy mum I need some pointers to help me get started I really want to quit o guess I need some inspiration. I feel quoting is harder for me due to life’s stresses and no will power I have quit for 2 yrs before and only have completed up to ten days since then help

It kind of makes it harder if you are working especially in a stressful job. Stress is the last thing you need when quitting smoking. Worst feelings are that i feel very tired as i'm going through smoking withdrawal. Keep up with the patch but in order to be sucsessful i'd use at least 2 NRT's e.g patches and gum or patches and inhaler. It's hard when you first start out quitting becuase nobody really knows what your in for and if you haven't quit before but just try to hang in there and good luck with the quitting journey
