Ready to start again
It' s time to start all over again. I was really doing well for quite a long period, but all of a sudden things changed. Maybe it's due to new demanding life situations and me being too weak to handle them, or just cravings got to strong to be stopped. Few months ago I started again. Two minutes ago I had my last cigarette and I'm here again looking for help and your support. Once again I failed, but with years I learnt to be gentile with myself and able to forgive. I am ready to start this journey determinated to resist future temptations. When cigg start to whisper my name I'll silent that awful voice and do my best to keep on track. I would like to know why it is so difficult and does it ever get easier.? I hope the rest of you are doing well. Looking forward to read your successful stories and be supportive to those who are still struggling.
Me too, I quit again today for the last time. I will never put one of those poisonous stinking things in my mouth again.

My last cig was 7/5/18 at 6:45am, so I'm with you. I will play games on my phone, do deep breathing exercises, drink water, eat something, log on here and read some stories......anything but light a cigarette.
