Ready to give up

Hi ,I am ready to give up smoking.I had never smoked a lot at in my younger years,however as life struggles got harder I felt the need to smoke.

I had given up on champix awhile back ,but a death in the family last year saw me restart.

I am determined to give up cold turkey ,as the champix did give me headaches and wild dreams..exhausting!!!lol..
