I made the mistake yesterday of deciding to quit today without actually planning for it so I failed. Like I said in yesterday's post, I have gone alcohol free for 10 days very easily but I planned for that. I realise now that I have to plan for my quit smoking day as well so have decided on Saturday 21st which will mark 2 weeks of being AF. I've decided to schedule some indulgences to take the edge off, like massage, reflexology, swimming and so on and follow a very organised schedule. I think this will work.
