Here We Go Again

Recently I quit for 68 days. I believe that is a new record for me. Like many of you I live with a smoker, I have been trying to convince her to quit with me. My new quit day I set for myself is May 1. I am honestly sick of being a smoker and I have been wanting to quit for years. I know that this time I will be able to do it for good.

Nobody likes being a smoker. I highly recommend reading Alan Carr - the book and the audio book cost less than a pack of smokes. Good luck to you both - make it easy with the knowledge of how to escape.

Hi Chispy12. Ditto to the comment above. What might the pair of you do with 12 months "pay rise"? Quitting smoking for close to 3 years has put $23000 into my overs tray. So much cash, I don't know what to do with it. So many options...

I just downloaded "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking" we will see how it goes. Thanks for your support.

True, I honestly hate the feeling of smoking. Most days I don't even know why I smoke.
