Day 3, it aint easy

On day 3 and some very intense cravings today. pretty focused on quitting though, so riding through them. Usually get up and start walking around until the cravings pass. Trying to stay busy to keep my mind off of it. I have read that the first 3 days are the worst and then it starts getting a little easier, lets hope so.

It does get easier. In hindsight I might have used a patch for first few days. I went cold turkey and wonder if it might have been easier if tried some replacement. But anyway, doing okay and I really believe that one day, I will totally forget about cravings, cigarettes.
