1st day off the demons , so far so good. Attempted several times but this time will be the one...Im over the stinkn cigs

My other quits were hard. This one not at all. The difference...I don't want it. Not...I can't have it. I just don't want it in my life anymore. I'm also over 50 on this quit. So it's just time and I'm not confused or conflicted about why I'm quitting . This whole addiction stinks like a sewer and people (rightly) judge you for putting a burning batch of poison inside your body.
Good luck. It sounds like you know...this is it! I tell ya, I've never felt more liberated and it's just been 11 weeks.
