Owie my jaw!

So I am chewing gum all day because it is nearly the only thing getting me through a craving on day one of quitting. But oh my, the ache in the jaw I have now. LOL certainly not going to put on weight, i can hardly eat!

LOL you must be putting alot of effort into that chewie. Whatever gets you through those first few days! The little monster is the nicotine cravings, the BIG monster is the need to "reward" yourself with a nicotine stick. Resist the monsters mind games.

Try youtube videos, exercise, healthy snacks, walks, relaxation music anything really. explore other options and see what helps.
