  • Today, Christmas day is my 55th day smoke free, smoker for 35 years, I quit cold turkey and went from more than one pack a day to cero. It was a very hard decision, it is like letting go a very dear friend, and I still feel I need something to hold on to. This site has been very helpful, when I read about people that are going through the same renewal as I.
