Am trying patches and a lozenge with this quit, My trigger is having smokes in the house, something I can't avoid.

Well survived the first day, the test was first thing in the morning when I usually light up, but I kept saying NOPE not one puff ever to myself even though there were cigarettes in the house.
One day, 54 minutes and 58 seconds. 20 cigarettes not smoked, saving $19.66. Life saved: 1 hour, 40 minutes.

2 Days quit, kept fairly busy today and then had a monster sleep in the afternoon.
Two days, 3 hours, 27 minutes and 53 seconds. 42 cigarettes not smoked, saving $40.62. Life saved: 3 hours, 30 minutes.

Well made it to three days quit, I never thought I would, didn't use the lozenge, know better now.

4 days now feels like the first still, rang quitline today to get extra support-alls well.

Well made it through to a week Hurray! I can feel the enthusiasm waning and I often think of drawing a cigarette deep into my lungs and feeling the whoosh as my chemicals get excited. I think its called romancing the cigarette. I have to be on my guard and preserve my quit, I am not going backwards, they only cause death and disease.

Getting this thing sorted, the quit I mean, have had one massive craving but I just went to bed and pulled the blankets over my head, can't smoke there and rode it out. Get minor cravings, have done with the lozenge but there there If I need them, Still using two patches, one in the morning and one at night. The dreams are pretty wild but am coping
