Well I'm awake early on a Saturday morning, made it upstairs to put a load of washing on, made Boof breakie and made myself yoghurt and muesli NO COFFEE AND NO CIGI. I REPEAT NO COFFEE AND NO CIGI. Just taken first half tablet of Champex.GoMe Xxx

Super! Stay on that track ;-) Repeat it again and again ... again. It helps me the first day thinking 'I stay smokefree today'. Go for a walk when craving is coming. Drink a glass of water. Just take a deep breath.
