It's time I finally get a grip of myself, and get off these damn cigarettes. Good luck to all the people quiting! It's inspiring reading the stories of the people that quit and feel better. I'll post my progress.

Hi Jason, I know exactly how you are feeling because I went through exactly the same thing. Making the decision to quit was terrifying for me but once I made my mind up to give up, there was no looking back for me. First week was hard, second week was easier, I just told myself One day at a time. I am now at Day 63 and I know that I will never smoke again. This is the best decision you will make in your life.

I could not have done it without the support of this site, so make sure you keep reading all the stories. If I can do this, trust me anyone can. Good luck and congratulations on taking the first step!
