Quitting with I'll healrh

Hi fellow quitters - firstly I find the stories and experiences motivationally helpful - what a fantastic, friendly group of people! I am a soon to be 61yr old who has smoked for approximately 43yrs. I need to stop!! Have tried numerous times! Have been diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and quitting triggers some horrible, dangerous symptoms - every time I try I end up in hospital as my body goes into shock. Am currently on immunological therapy - cut back to 5 roll your own daily and with medical monitoring am going to quit totally on the 4/10. I am scared and apprehensive but want and need to do this!
