Quitting for the last time

I have smoked on and off for 25 years. I have stopped for around 2 years when I found out I was pregnant. But relapsed each time. I start when I get severely stressed. This time I will not let my stress control my smoking.

I've had a couple of goes at this myself and found that its a bit like riding a bike and falling off a couple of times, as long as you keep getting back on eventually you will get there, just keep your eyes on the prize be aware of your triggers and try to avoid them, have a backup plane and find a way to deal with "Stress that will always be there" maybe try Meditation or Some Relaxation tapes, or even just take some time out and go for a walk and remember to reward yourself, you deserve it.
