I start today quitting smoking with the help of champix , everything is going normal so far. The taste of the cigarette is horrible , mix of bitterness and disgusting. I already got the entire stock for the 12 weeks program, I hope it would help . I tried champix before 5 years earlier but I stopped after two weeks or so because of the anger I felt when I started the full dose. But this time Im going to complete the whole course whatever happens . Really need your support. Thanks
This is day 4 for me. I've smoked 35 years. Medications aren't a good choice for me, so I use the patch. I quit for 3 months once with the patch. I'm allergic to adhesives, so each patch left a raised hot welt each day. I pushed through it. Didn't know what else I could try. Gum made me nauseous.
Why are you choosing the same medication if you didn't like it before?
