I started smoking when I lost my little boy 2 years ago I picked a cigarette up an since then I have never been able to give theses horrible things up they've ruined my health my life today I decided to throw my almost full packet away it's going to be a very long road everytime I crave one I get mad really fast an cannot control myself . But this time I'm determined to kick its butt an stop smoking

I understand the rage when you're craving! I'm now on Day 9 after smoking for 13 years. I'm still at the beginning of my journey, but it's already feeling easier. Wishing you all the best!

I wish you every success. One day at a time. We do get better at remaining smoke free.
