Yes Red-67 new name and new day ..so far so good....I have decided to stay on patches and not go cold turkey....I failed badly and am so embarrassed....but I am going to try everyday until I win this battle , but I have to be honest with myself and this forum to post each day...so today is day one again and so far so good..x
