As many others, I saw an ad on FB for NaturQuit (formerly known as QSN). There were many comments praising the product that I was immediately sold! Since I am in the states, it took about 4 weeks to reach me. May 1st was the 1st day of my journey.

I have been a smoker for about 20 years now, and smoke nearly 1 pack per day. In the past, I've quit 1 time, and that lasted almost 1 year prior to taking up the habit again. This time I want to give it up for good.

Ok, so on to NaturQuit. For the first 3 days, you take 1 pill every 2 hours from 7:00am to 5:00pm. You can either allow it to dissolve in your mouth, or swallow it whole (my preference). During this time, you are to cut back by 6 cigarettes per day.

Allotted 14 per day

Day 1, I smoked 4 total

Day 2, I smoked 3 total

Day 3 (today), I've smoked 1 so far with about 1/2 day to go

Day 4 & 5 the instructions say to take the pills every 2.5 hours, and cut back to 5 cigarettes less per day, and no more smoking after day 5, but continue to take the pills.

It's only day 3, and I really have no desire to smoke a cigarette. On that, I am going to say that the pills really do work. In the morning is where I find my struggle. It's not that my body is craving nicotine, it's more because of daily habits, and routine. My 1 smoke today, was just that, my morning routine. Tomorrow is a new day. I will have a couple mind talks to break away.

The pills do provide minimal side affects that I am not really sure how to explain. The #1 ingredient is Baptitoxine which gives a nicotine type of rush. Lightheaded is apparent but it is minimal. I also have almost like a burst of energy with an end of day crash. The reading material that came along with the pills does say that if you continue to smoke after day 5 that you will feel sick. I guess that's a good way to avoid a cigarette.

I paid $165 for the pills which is nothing compared to nearly $10 per pack of smokes. 1 day at a time, but I am feeling optimistic about this investment.

I really wish these tabs would work for me as they are you.

I don't feel any different. I am still smoking 15 cigs a day. And I paid $360 for these pills.

I am on day 3 and I feel scammed
