Day One (again!)

So first tried to quit in February and I managed for a bit then got complacent thought this is easy so just had one and bam! Hooked again. Lessons learnt and this time I've spent longer on the preparation and today is day one kicking off with an expensive facial! I have my exercise plan set up etc so I feel ready. I'm still going to try cold turkey though and I've read that the first 2 weeks are the toughest.

Each time you try is another day closer to being smoke free. Well done at trying again and here if you need to chat or vent

Hi Cesca,
Sometimes it takes people a number of attempts to give up but as you've said, you've learnt for yourself what having just one can lead to.
I'm glad that you've put some strategies in place for yourself because like you've already said, you feel more prepared this time. In your post you already noted that you became complacent thinking it was okay to have just one.
I think it's great that you've identified all that you have mentioned.
Please don't feel alone because we are all riding similar journeys.

You can do it! Did you make it through today? Look here....you have your own cheering section! Go Cesca!!
