Hello. The best thing you have done is DECIDE to quit and now taken the step to start..well done. Of course its not easy. Im not sure which method you're using to quit but stay focused, positive, drink lots of water, chew chewies. Good luck :D

Hi there,

Do not get discouraged by the fact that it is hard. I thought for myself that quitting smoking will be the hardest thing to do in my whole life and here i am now 10 months without a single puff.

You have to know that no craving last more than 5 minutes. Treat yourself for the first week, eat whatever you want, drink plenty of juice and water and don't be too hard on yourself if you slip.

The most important: there is nothing to lose, on the contrary there is so much to gain from stopping smoking.

Hi there,

I'm sure everyone that had quit has experienced

what you're experiencing right now. You

learn something new each day. For me

the hardest was stressful times, like going

out for that cig I mean when you can't.

Eventually, you find new ways to do things

and before you know it, you'll be feeling

on top of the world.

I don't know of anyone that can say the

beginning of the journey is easy because

it isn't but I promise, be kind on yourself

and try to ride with it. It will be a bumpy

one but it's an amazing feeling to not

smoke anymore.

I wish you luck.
