Are you a slave like me? Are your thoughts and actions controlled by something other than yourself? WE MUST RISE UP ! WE MUST RETAKE CONTROL ! This time....I will not give in ! I have a strategy, a list of tactical options, a plan. I have suffered defeat so many times, but learned from each of these battles. I am aware of my enemy's strengths. I am aware of my own weaknesses. I am relentless in my pursuit of a smoke-free life ! I WILL BE A SLAVE NO LONGER ! I WILL GIVE NO QUARTER ! I WILL NEVER SURRENDER ! I WILL BE VICTORIOUS !!!!

The seas are full of " Real " info. The internet ocean is a treasure trove of worthy sites dedicated to providing useful facts. This site, for example, full of tools and weapons to help defeat the enemy. This ship is manned by a dedicated crew of ruthless warriors. They are here to inform, to help, to guide. God Bless them all ! I choose a path to inspire ! If only to inspire myself !I was a forty year smoker, but now have taken control of the helm . I steer this ship ! Cigarettes have underestimated my resolve, my tenacity, my fearless determination to crush them into dust and make them bow to my awesome power !! Everyone is the Captain of their own ship, and mine is armed to the teeth !! NO SURRENDER !

After my morning cup of coffee....after my daily ration of rum, I have thrown these triggers overboard and substituted with chocolate.
Small victories, but I will string together the small victories and come out on the other side with a renewed sense of purpose, and a feeling of success.
